Refund Policy
A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued on unused products returned in the original containers with a valid RMA number and postmarked within 10 days of the original date of delivery. Customers returning products are responsible for all return shipping charges. For your protection, consider the use of a recorded-delivery service when shipping your returned items. Purchases made by credit card can only be refunded to the same credit card used to place the initial order. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we can not issue a refund (no exceptions). Reordered items are non-refundable. An Administrative charge may apply.

Returned order will NOT be processed without a proper authorization (RMA) number. Please contact our customer service for an RMA number for your return, and include your order number along with your reason for returning the item. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us for an exchange.

Shipping
International Shipping:

International orders may be placed online or by phone. If your country is not listed in the online checkout, please use either PayPal, WorldPay or Phone Order to submit your order. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7 to 20 days from the date of shipment to arrive. Please confirm the precise charges with your country’s customs office. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to Singapore. If you are eligible for free shipping, your order will be sent out via Singapore Registered Mail, SpeedPost Air Parcel service. For faster delivery, contact our customer service department for express shipping charges.

Domestic Shipping for Singapore and Malaysia Only.

Some of our domestic orders are shipped through a local courier. Packages delivered via courier will be marked "FRESH UP Skincare" and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times vary depending on location, however, all orders are shipped from our facility within 2 business days upon receipt and approval of payment.
